DescriptionSun painting; View through window of snow, mountains and trees
Label TextFrom inside her cabin in Colorado, Stockton looked outwards. She constructed her view of the outdoors from the natural materials she found in nature. She used the framing device of a multi-paned window to create the sense of looking out at a cold, winter landscape. Is the view outside sometimes the best part of interior design?
