DescriptionThis is the manuscript for the published version. There are 4 blank pages at the beginning (unlined). Between pages 6 and 7 there are 8 blue pages of insert. Between page 42 and 43 there is 1 blue page inserted (labeled 42). Between 54 and 55 there is one blue page inserted (labeled 56). Between 60 and 61 two blue pages inserted (labeled on front as 59/ 2 and back side labeled as 61). Between 64 and 65 two blue pages (labeled 65) inserted. Between 66 and 67 one cream page (labeled 66) inserted. Between 68 and 69 two pages on cream paper (no page numbers, just a note) inserted. Between 70 and 71 4 pages on cream paper (folded sheet, labeled 71) inserted. At page 88 the torn page has X 78 noted at the top right corner. Torn out pages are 89-119 (marked as 107). 120-286 are blank. Two pages of back leaf unlined paper.
