DescriptionCircular shaped; white ground; blue border at edge; three floral designs separated by gold floral and scroll designs; scrolling gold band with six evenly spaced gold flowers surrounding center; portrait of female with brown hair wearing a pearl necklace and green dress with white trim and red cape in center.
