BiographyErnest Loring "Red" Nichols wa American composer, jazz cornettist, and bandleader. He play in and lead a number of bands including the Red Nichols Orchestra, Red Nichols and his Five Pennies, The Red Heads, The Louisiana Rhythm Kings, The Charleston Chasers, and Miff Mole and his Little Molers. He played with bands until his death in 1965 in Las Vegas.
