A glass cutting company founded by Henry P. Sinclaire in 1904 on the NW corner of East Erie Ave. and Conhocton St. in Corning, NY.
In 1921 they built their own glass factory in Bath, NY. When H.P. Sinclaire died suddenly in 1927 the Bath factory closed. The next year the entire company shut down.
