DescriptionCircular spreading foot; integral spout; C-shaped handle; cream base; on one side of body is three masted sailing ship in water with figures on deck and American flag, CHRISTOPHER BENNETT below water; on other side of body is a map of the American colonies surrounded by angel blowing horn and holding banner with "WASHINGTON", American flag, standing male figure (possibly George Washington, standing female figure in toga holding bell with "LIBERTY" on it, seated male figure with book and quill (possibly Benjamin Franklin), and two other figures; floral pattern at neck and spout.
