DescriptionPart of suite of furniture; four hand carved bedposts; carved melon ball finials; tapered posts with carved long acanthus leaves over ring turnings; lower section is squared tapering to ring turnings; carved fan of feathers design in center with scrolls on each side on crestrail; floating quarter-matched mahogany veneer on headboard; back is completely finished; side rails are veneered pine fastened with concealed bolts.ProvenanceW.H.
