Label TextCurtis wrote about marriage customs of the Wishham. “Marriage was arranged by a messenger from the family of the suitor to the girl’s father.” On the wedding day, the bridegroom’s family brought agreed-upon objects for the bride-price. The bride’s family gave a feast. In the following days, the families had additional feasts.
