BiographyBobby C. Martin explores issues of identity in his art, exhibiting a consciousness of the importance of history. He has a B.A. from Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and an M.F.A from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He lives and maintains a studio in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma and is a professor of fine arts and gallery director at John Brown University, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. His works are in the permanent collection of museums, including the Philbrook Museum and Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College Hanover, New Hampshire, Georgia Museum of Art, Athens, Georgia and others.
