Label TextBerninghaus portrayed the church Our Lady of Guadalupe, in Taos, New Mexico. The church Our Lady of Guadalupe has had three different buildings in its history. This one was the second, in service from 1911 to 1961. This building features a Gothic style, while abode bricks formed the walls. A church building is not the same as a house, but a church can be a community that has the feeling of a family. Berninghaus depicted Our Lady of Guadalupe as central point in the plaza, with its doors open to the incoming people.
