BiographyBrunswick Corporation is an international manufacturing and distribution company founded in 1845. Brunswick Records was created by the company in 1916 so they could compete in the growing phonograph business. Brunswick Corporation sold its record label in the 1930s to Warner Brothers. The label has changed hands several times since then. Today, it produces Chicago soul recordings. Both the corporation and the record label are still in business today.
